Grappa Riserva Produced with dregs from first grape pressing, distilled using copper alembics at a low temperature and aged in wooden casks for 18 months. Has a delicate gilded colour with a complex and persistent bouquet. Extremely soft at the taste, it is perfect to be sipped just by it self or accompanied with an aromatic chocolate with scents of yellowed ripe fruit and with cakes stuffed with dried fruit and honey. |
